GeoMotions Suite

Installation instructions:
1) Please send us an email to support@geomotions.com requesting a link to download the installation file. Include the registration name of your license.
2) Using the link provided, download the zip file to a temporary folder.
3) Extract the contents of the zip file.
4) Execute the setup.exe file to install/update the programs.

USB Hardware Key Not Found
Windows 7/8/10 & SafeNet/Gemalto Black USB Key:
Some users have reported that after the installation, Windows 7/8/10 may report that the drivers for the USB key are not installed, or the GeoMotions programs can't find the key.
To fix this problem:
1) In the folder where the programs were installed there is a Utilities folder. In this folder there is a SafeNet folder.
2) In this last folder, execute the Safenet System Driver Installer #.#.#.exe file to reinstall the drivers.
3) Reboot your computer.
Matrix Blue USB Key:
Some users have reported that after the installation, Windows may report that the drivers for the USB key are not installed, or the GeoMotions programs can't find the key.
To fix this problem, please send us an email to support@geomotions.com requesting a link to download the program that will install the drivers of the key before the program is installed. Once you receive the link and download the installation file:
1) Create a folder where the GeoMotions Suite will be installed, e.g., "c:\geotechnical\GeoMotions"
2) Extract the contents of the file to the GeoMotions folder created above.
3) In this folder, execute the inf_inst.exe file.
4) Install the GeoMotions Suite.
